Star Clippers’ namesake ship will begin sailing in the Mediterranean for the 2022 season, marking the first time since 2016 that all three Star Clippers ships will sail together in the fascinating destinations along the Mediterranean Sea. Star Clipper will offer 29 sailings in summer 2022, ranging from five to 16 days with rates starting at: $1,300 PER PERSON BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

Starting in April 2022, Star Clipper will depart Safaga, Egypt and sail though the famous Suez Canal, offering guests the unique opportunity to pass through the artificial sea-level waterway which connects the Mediterranean Sea to the Red Sea on board an authentic tall sailing ship. Once back in Mediterranean waters, Star Clipper will offer a variety of itineraries including the following:

YACHTSMAN’S PARADISE – a guest favorite, this seven-night sailing between Istanbul and Athens will include stops in the breathtaking port of Myrina Limnos, as well as the islands made famous by the Mamma Mia movie, Skiathos and Skopelos.

DELIGHTFUL DERVISHES – another favorite by sailors and historians alike, this seven-night sailing from Athens to Istanbul features iconic Mykonos, as well as the sacred island of Patmos, the beautiful beaches of Chios, and Bozcaada, Turkey, famous for its windmills, vineyards, and historic sites.

AMALFI COAST AND SICILY – seven-nights round trip from Rome, this picturesque itinerary will take you to not only to the amazing Amalfi Coast, but it also features the Aeolian and Pontine Islands beautiful beaches and exquisite archaeological sites, and of course Sicily, where just a glimpse of Mt Etna is a sight to behold.

FRENCH RIVIERA & LIGURIAN SEA – seven-night sailings round trip from Cannes will take you to several beautiful and diverse Corsican ports including L’ile Rousse, Calvi, Bonifacio and more. Portofino’s quaint fishing village and Portoferraio along with Elba are breathtaking gems along the coastline of Tuscany that are not to be missed.
